What is covered
- Any AFXMATE product, within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Opened or used products are covered. You do not need to have an unopened bottle to request a refund.
- No need to ship anything back. We do not require you to return the product.
How to request a refund
- Email support@afxmate.vip with your order number and the product name.
- We reply within 24 hours and issue your refund in full — no return required.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email support@afxmate.vip with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee above applies.
Fair use
